Description

Dissolution experiment evaluates the rate and extent that a compound forms a solution under carefully controlled conditions

1. Main unit:- construction: the main unit is constructed with thick ms crc sheet duly powder coated and is based on heavy thick cast iron plates for study balance and equilibrium and prevention of the topels. The lift jack unit is mounted at the back side of the main instrument with thick heavy base and is covered with m s sheet for the prevention of the dust and damages. The unit is designed in such a way that it is easy to assemble. All the electrically sockets are provided at the back of the unit, which is labeled, and all the male sockets are designed in such a way that it cannot be interconnected in any way. Just plug in all the sockets the instrument is ready to use
2. Acrylic bath:- made from 8mm thick transparent acrylic sheet chemically welded for leak proof. The top cover is removable for the easy asses and for cleaning. The top cover has the six/three similar hole to accommodate the glass jars meant for the particle. The top bath cover is having the three/six jar covers for the class jars which cover the glass jars while again while working without disturbing the practical. The whole acrylic bath is projected by stainless steel plates. At the top and at bottom and is holed with four solid bars which is again tighten by knurled screws, it is easy to dismantle for the cleaning purpose as and when required. It hells from getting damage in transits and in transportation. The acrylic jar has two taps at the back of the jar for easy drainage of the water.
Glass jars:- six in number in six-test unit three in number in three-test unit they are designed in the shape having the collar at their circumference that it resets on the cover of the acrylic bath jars are round shape at the bottom which allows the water level minimum in the center and holds itself so that is resets at sturdy level.
4. Tablet stirrer unit:- six in number in the case of six-test unit. There in number in the case of three-test unit. The rotating basket is designed in such type. That when it is opened (basket cap is threaded and can be opened) keeping the experiment tablet inside the basket. When it is dipped in the water it directly comes with the connect of the water with the help of the mesh surrounded at the tablet basket
5. Water stirrer unit:- two stirrer unit in the case of six-test unit. One water stirrer unit in the case of three-test unit. Water stirrer is provided with the tablet stirrer. Which rotates inside the acrylic bath in, which the water is kept at the certain required temperature. Now the stirrer helps to keep the water temperature uniform through the bath end to end
6. Main unit up/down:- this is the main brain part of the whole unit. The screw jack which is located at the back side of the instruments is operated through a heavy and power full geared motor which moves the whole stirring unit up and down as per the requirement with just a touch of button. The stirring unit consisting of six in number in the case of six-test unit. Three in number in the case of three-test unit and two water stirrer unit in the case of six-test unit. One water stirrer unit in the case of three-test unit. The pedal motor is geared and rotates the pedals interlinked with the holed chain for the equal rpm of all the pedals. The water stirring unit has the individual motor runs at the rpm of 1000rpm approx without load.
Control panel:- main on/off tablet stirrer timer. Temperature controller. Tablet stirrer r.P.M.. Bath stirrer. The total panel is beautifully designed and contains all the required controllers of the instrument. Indicate for the mains on and the main switch for switching on the instrument
Tablet stirrer timer:- the timer is connected with the six pedals (in the case of six test) or three pedals (in the case of three tests) it has one in indicators, shows the time, which is set for the instrument, is to run for that particular sated time duration. 1. Select key. 2. Reset key. Temperature controller:- 1. One indicator. 2. Set key 3. Arrow upward key. 4. Arrow downward key. The temperature unit is connected with the heating unit of the acrylic bath and is controlled by this controller. Press the set key and the word will glow on the indicator. Press up/down arrow key for the required temperature keep pressing the set key and alter the up/down arrow until the required temperature does not come nad then leave the key. Now your temperature is set and the unit will control the temperature of the bath upto the required temperature. Now the indicator is showing the present running temperature inside the acrylic bath. Tablet stirring r.P.M.:- one indicator which shows the tablet basket running at which rpm and the knob below the indicator decrease/increase the rpm of the tablet baskets.
Bath stirrer:- one switch is provided for the stirrers in the instrument for the front panel
Main precaution:- 1. Unit must be kept on the leveled position. 2. Insure the water level so that the immersion heater is dipped inside the water. 3. Instrument should run at proper 220volts, hog her volts will damage the delicate electronics components and voltage will disturbed the running values of the motors.
