Description

Greenbit Dactyscan 84C - Fingerprint Scanner – It is an optical live fingerprint reader with a large plate. The device is used to capture 4 slaps and 2 thumb fingerprints. Thus, it can collect all fingerprints, both single rolled and flat type using the 4+4+2 method. Greenbit Dactyscan works with automatic sequence checking and rolled fingerprint capturing and segmentation. It has a feature of the correct position and slaps completeness check as well. Some of its other functionalities include slide detection for flat prints, elimination of latent prints and automatic acquisition start and stop option. The halo elimination properties help to remove the halo present due to moisture fingerprints during acquisition. The image quality checking feature does the dynamic estimation of fingerprint image quality during the scanning process. The Anti-fake Lite option differentiates between actual human finger patterns and other surfaces with relief structures. The finger allocation check analyses the presence of finger core and basic flows. This fingerprint scanner is certified by the FBI and compliant with ANSI/ISO/IEC standards. Thus, it is approved for Aadhar enrolment projects, Police and AFIS projects and passport offices in India, and latent prints' elimination.
