Application: Before removal, pretension the clutch pressure plate with the clutch pretensioner: For this, unscrew the 3 retaining screws and screw in the 3 threaded bolts. Place the clutch pretensioner on the threaded bolts and lock it with the knurled nuts. Screw in the pressure spindle until the diaphragm spring reaches the limit stop. Unscrew the remaining retaining screws, uncompress the diaphragm spring, and remove the clutch pretensioner and the clutch pressure plate.
Clutch plate alignment: Insert the clutch aligner together with the clutch disc and the appropriate mandrel into the flywheel. Pressure plate installation: Place the pressure plate on the flywheel and mount the clamping device in the same way, as it is required for removal.
