Description

The most powerful cordless drill in the FERM assortment is the18Vversion, provided withtwo 1.5Ahbatteries. The machine has two mechanical speed settings and is besides screwing also suitable for drilling. In the screwing position the machine generates a lot of power at lower speed. In the drilling position the drill rotates at high speed and thereby drills through wood and metal without any problems. The machine is equipped with a metal keyless chuck.The maximum torque is44 Nm. For precision screw driving the machine has24 torque settings. The quick charger ensures the battery is fully charged in 60 minutes. The cordless drill is equipped with LED worklight and a belt hook and is supplied in a robust storage case with two 18V Li-Ion batteries, a quick charger and 2 double sided bits. The CDM1114S is provided with Li-Ion technology. In contrast to regular battery technologies Li-Ion batteries don’t discharge, therefore the machine is always ready to use. Li-Ion batteries don’t have memory effect and can be charged at any time. Li-Ion batteries are more powerfull, lighter and environmentally friendly. This results in a 50% better performance compared to regular battery technologies.

Application:

A cordless drill is used for screwing and drilling activities in wood and metal. The higher the maximum torque (in Nm), the more powerful the machine is.
